At Jim's Old Fashion Service, we do more than install heating and air conditioning units. In fact, we take our name very seriously, and it is our goal to provide exceptional service on each and every call.
This is the reason we have developed the Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) which is a maintenance agreement we encourage our customers to sign. This agreement provides that we will make two service calls per year to inspect, clean and repair the heating and cooling systems in a home. On any repairs that are needed, it guarantees our customer a 10-15% discount on parts and labor and no extra fees on emergency or after-hours service calls.
