I approved the implementation of a new part (they had on hand) because of the price. Problem solved; 5-year warranty (for that part). I have used Jim’s in the past years ago, with similar results. I’ve been using Jim’s old-fashioned for several years now. They may not always be the least expensive, but they always do the best work, and always show up when they say they will. Every time I’ve worked with them they have tried to give me the best advice and lowest cost they can. I have referred many clients their way because they are honest, dependable, and trustworthy. Many of the other providers in the area look for the quickest way to make a buck, but these guys look for the best way to make sure you are happy.

We’ve had to call twice in 3 months because our drain in the attic keeps getting plugged and this time our compressor went out. AC is a must for sister and I! Same day, efficient service and pricing is reasonable! Highly recommend!

Best customer service and extraordinary workmanship ever! Twice, in approximately a year’s time, these guys have gotten our (new install in 2017 😖) HVAC system corrected/adjusted and the blower replaced just a few days ago. Of course the warranty expired, however their prices are the best and like I said, the quality work & customer service is the, very best, hands down.
