Two technicians were disbursed and arrived on time the next day after my call. Within 5 minutes, the diagnosis was complete and the issue identified. I approved the implementation of a new part (they had on hand) because of the price. Problem solved; 5-year warranty (for that part). I have used Jim’s in the past years ago, with similar results. Furnace malfunctioned over the weekend. It wasn’t long after speaking with the technician on the phone that he arrived. The technician was was extremely friendly and courteous as well as very knowledgeable. The furnace was working again in short order. Extremely great service call with Ryan he was prompt, knowledgeable and expressed integrity.
On time for the appointment, got right to work checking out heat pump/air conditioning, and auxillary heater under the house. Answered our questions, informed us on the correct system operation ( we are new to Arkansas), and advised us on future service. Very professional, polite efficient and informative. We will have them back in the future.
