Best customer service and extraordinary workmanship ever! Twice, in approximately a year’s time, these guys have gotten our (new install in 2017 😖) HVAC system corrected/adjusted and the blower replaced just a few days ago. Of course the warranty expired, however their prices are the best and like I said, the quality work & customer service is the, very best, hands down. I’ve basically been wired for disappointment at this point, especially after the circus that’s been my first year of homeownership. So when my heat stopped working, I was like “what now!?” Enter Matt, AJ, and their crew—who promptly showed up, diagnosed the issue (a thermostat problem I was clearly too clueless to catch), and had my heat running like it had never betrayed me in the first place. These guys are very kind people. You can tell they get satisfaction from making people happy. They didn’t prey on my fears, they just diagnosed and fixed the problem and went on their way like heroes without capes. Thanks for being a rare team that delivers exactly what you promise. I can finally stop wearing three hoodies and can return my space heaters. You’ve earned yourselves a lifelong customer.

Great service!!! They were exceptional at diagnosing the problem and resolving the issue. I had another company come out and they didn’t even go into my attic. They just said, “it could be this or it could be that.” Not helpful! Jim’s sent out a tech and he explored my ductwork thoroughly and made a few recommendations. I called them back to get an estimate and when they came back out, they found that some of my dampers were shut off. They fixed the problem, no charge. Such exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

The heating unit stopped working at our house in Rogers. I have a home warranty but they are pitiful. My Daughter knows Matt & A.J. at Jim’s Old Fashion Service and we contacted them. As busy as they were, they figured a way to work us in and came to our house and were able to fix the problem quickly. We truly appreciate them and highly recommend them. I only talked with A.J. and he was great. He made sure I was informed and worked to fit us in as soon as he could.

Matt with Jim’s Old Fashion Service is very knowledgeable and explained in detail the operation of my heating system. The charge for this service was reasonable and Matt and the other staff members I dealt with were helpful and courteous.
