I called Thursday afternoon and the technicians came at 8:30 the next morning. They were on time, professional as well as personable and the pricing was very reasonable…they fixed the problems and taught me a few things about a/c units. I highly recommend!
Best customer service and extraordinary workmanship ever! Twice, in approximately a year’s time, these guys have gotten our (new install in 2017 😖) HVAC system corrected/adjusted and the blower replaced just a few days ago. Of course the warranty expired, however their prices are the best and like I said, the quality work & customer service is the, very best, hands down. These folks are great. They won’t sell you anything you don’t actually need, but they will tell you when you really do need to replace a component. A contractor friend told us about Jims, and I am so glad he did.
