Energy Savings Agreement

At Jim’s Old Fashion Service, we do more than install heating and AC units. In fact, we take our name very seriously, and it is our goal to provide exceptional service on each and every call.

We are proud to offer an Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) that helps our customers save money on their monthly electric bills, as well as add years to the life of their HVAC systems. An air conditioner is like a car; it needs routine maintenance to run efficiently. Neglecting such an expensive piece of equipment can lead to major headaches down the road, and we want you to avoid that.

  • An newly installed American Standard air conditioner.
  • Jim's Old Fashion Service installed this American Standard air handler for a customer.

The ESA provides that we will make two service calls per year to inspect, clean, and repair your home’s heating and cooling systems. You will notice decreased energy consumption by preparing your HVAC for the harsher summer and winter conditions.

Routine maintenance will drastically reduce major repairs to your system. However, when any repair is needed, this agreement guarantees our customer a 10-15% discount on parts and labor and no extra fees on emergency or after-hours service calls.
