Found these guys online and they came 40 miles to our location, worked outside in the freezing cold under our house and came in on time and under budget. We are very happy with the service, the product and the price. we will surely recommend them.

Let me start by saying that out of 3 local companies I called Jim’s Old Fashion Service was the only company that was willing to fit me into their existing schedule and do the same day after-hours repair. Everyone else was 1 to 2 weeks out and couldn’t help me.
Matt and Ryan not only showed up the same day… but 3 hours earlier than originally scheduled. These guys are AWESOME! They were able to quickly diagnose my AC problem and get me back up and running in no time.

We’ve had to call twice in 3 months because our drain in the attic keeps getting plugged and this time our compressor went out. AC is a must for sister and I! Same day, efficient service and pricing is reasonable! Highly recommend!
We have used Jim’s Old Fashion for the past few year. They have been prompt with service call’s and always been more than fair on their charges. Their service technicians are always very pleasant and professional. We had them install our unit, American Standard with the service and quality of the unit very good.

Best customer service and extraordinary workmanship ever! Twice, in approximately a year’s time, these guys have gotten our (new install in 2017 😖) HVAC system corrected/adjusted and the blower replaced just a few days ago. Of course the warranty expired, however their prices are the best and like I said, the quality work & customer service is the, very best, hands down. On time for the appointment, got right to work checking out heat pump/air conditioning, and auxillary heater under the house. Answered our questions, informed us on the correct system operation ( we are new to Arkansas), and advised us on future service. Very professional, polite efficient and informative. We will have them back in the future.
