The heating unit stopped working at our house in Rogers. I have a home warranty but they are pitiful. My Daughter knows Matt & A.J. at Jim’s Old Fashion Service and we contacted them. As busy as they were, they figured a way to work us in and came to our house and were able to fix the problem quickly. We truly appreciate them and highly recommend them. I only talked with A.J. and he was great. He made sure I was informed and worked to fit us in as soon as he could.
We have used Jim’s Old Fashion for the past few year. They have been prompt with service call’s and always been more than fair on their charges. Their service technicians are always very pleasant and professional. We had them install our unit, American Standard with the service and quality of the unit very good.

Two technicians were disbursed and arrived on time the next day after my call. Within 5 minutes, the diagnosis was complete and the issue identified. I approved the implementation of a new part (they had on hand) because of the price. Problem solved; 5-year warranty (for that part). I have used Jim’s in the past years ago, with similar results. Great, knowledgable company.

Wow, I am so impressed with this company, I am speechless! Last summer our air stopped blowing cool air. We called a company out, who replaced several different parts over several visits. Nothing ever worked and after $500, he finally said we just need to purchase a new unit at $6,000+. Jim’s was recommended as a second opinion and they came out today to find that a piece replaced by the previous company was not the correct size for our unit. He suggested we call the original company and ask them to correct this. In the meantime he said he didn’t want us going without cool air over the weekend so he put in one of their parts for us to BORROW until the other place could correct their problem. He then charged us 80 bucks for the service call. I still can’t believe it!!!
I recently had Jims Old Fashion Service repair my American Standard AC unit and they did such a good job. They went above and beyond to work with my warranty to make sure I could get reimbursed after the fact (most companies won’t do this) and even though it was a bit more difficult for them they were very professional the entire time. They were friendly, they were as fast as they could be given the wait for parts in the high demand time we’re in. I would use them again and recommend them to anybody. Great job!
