These guys are very kind people. You can tell they get satisfaction from making people happy. They didn’t prey on my fears, they just diagnosed and fixed the problem and went on their way like heroes without capes. Thanks for being a rare team that delivers exactly what you promise. I can finally stop wearing three hoodies and can return my space heaters. You’ve earned yourselves a lifelong customer.

We have used Jim’s Old Fashion for the past few year. They have been prompt with service call’s and always been more than fair on their charges. Their service technicians are always very pleasant and professional. We had them install our unit, American Standard with the service and quality of the unit very good.

Best customer service and extraordinary workmanship ever! Twice, in approximately a year’s time, these guys have gotten our (new install in 2017 😖) HVAC system corrected/adjusted and the blower replaced just a few days ago. Of course the warranty expired, however their prices are the best and like I said, the quality work & customer service is the, very best, hands down.
