Best customer service and extraordinary workmanship ever! Twice, in approximately a year’s time, these guys have gotten our (new install in 2017 😖) HVAC system corrected/adjusted and the blower replaced just a few days ago. Of course the warranty expired, however their prices are the best and like I said, the quality work & customer service is the, very best, hands down. They are the most extremely loyal, efficient and hardworking HVAC TEAM, I’ve ever experienced. THANK YOU for being such an honorable & trustworthy company!
Wow, I am so impressed with this company, I am speechless! Last summer our air stopped blowing cool air. We called a company out, who replaced several different parts over several visits. Nothing ever worked and after $500, he finally said we just need to purchase a new unit at $6,000+. Jim’s was recommended as a second opinion and they came out today to find that a piece replaced by the previous company was not the correct size for our unit. He suggested we call the original company and ask them to correct this. In the meantime he said he didn’t want us going without cool air over the weekend so he put in one of their parts for us to BORROW until the other place could correct their problem. He then charged us 80 bucks for the service call. I still can’t believe it!!!
This was the only company that would even answer the phone! It was destiny because they now have a new customer for my life. They are honest and don’t just offer service if you buy a ridiculously priced ” Membership . ” they came when they said they would. My repair was at 7pm and I was not charged for after hours work. I was fortunate this time because I just needed a part that was still under warranty. I highly recommend this company. Though, selfishly, this might make them more busy!
Two technicians were disbursed and arrived on time the next day after my call. Within 5 minutes, the diagnosis was complete and the issue identified. I approved the implementation of a new part (they had on hand) because of the price. Problem solved; 5-year warranty (for that part). I have used Jim’s in the past years ago, with similar results. Great, knowledgable company.
Let me start by saying that out of 3 local companies I called Jim’s Old Fashion Service was the only company that was willing to fit me into their existing schedule and do the same day after-hours repair. Everyone else was 1 to 2 weeks out and couldn’t help me.
Matt and Ryan not only showed up the same day… but 3 hours earlier than originally scheduled. These guys are AWESOME! They were able to quickly diagnose my AC problem and get me back up and running in no time.
I can’t say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of this crew. Lifetime customer for sure!!
Highly recommend!! Matt was great! Took time out of his day to troubleshoot our issue over the phone and helped us fix our a/c. If and when we have issues again we will definitely be calling these guys! Thanks again! 😁

Furnace malfunctioned over the weekend. It wasn’t long after speaking with the technician on the phone that he arrived. The technician was was extremely friendly and courteous as well as very knowledgeable. The furnace was working again in short order. We have used Jim’s Old Fashion Service in the past for Air Conditioning repairs and have always been very satisfied with the service. We highly recommend Jim’s Old Fashion Service!
Great custom service. Responded quickly and identified issue quickly. So thankful for this cool air back!
