Two technicians were disbursed and arrived on time the next day after my call. Within 5 minutes, the diagnosis was complete and the issue identified. I approved the implementation of a new part (they had on hand) because of the price. Problem solved; 5-year warranty (for that part). I have used Jim’s in the past years ago, with similar results. Right before a heat wave,our AC quit. I had contacted the company that installed it for concerns every week for the previous 4 weeks.The unit was still under warrenty,but the installer didn’t want to come out as it was a Friday afternoon and he wanted the weekend off. We contacted Jims Old Fashion and they were at our house in a couple hours. Diagnosed the problem,ordered the part and we were back up in a couple days. Jims also got the manufactorer to honor the warrenty! This company is the best!!
Great service!!! They were exceptional at diagnosing the problem and resolving the issue. I had another company come out and they didn’t even go into my attic. They just said, “it could be this or it could be that.” Not helpful! Jim’s sent out a tech and he explored my ductwork thoroughly and made a few recommendations. I called them back to get an estimate and when they came back out, they found that some of my dampers were shut off. They fixed the problem, no charge. Such exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!
On time for the appointment, got right to work checking out heat pump/air conditioning, and auxillary heater under the house. Answered our questions, informed us on the correct system operation ( we are new to Arkansas), and advised us on future service. Very professional, polite efficient and informative. We will have them back in the future.
I called Thursday afternoon and the technicians came at 8:30 the next morning. They were on time, professional as well as personable and the pricing was very reasonable…they fixed the problems and taught me a few things about a/c units. I highly recommend!
I highly recommend this company! Matt is a great guy! He went above and beyond and showed great integrity by helping me diagnose my issue over the phone. He said he would get me on the schedule but he thought he could help me fix it over the phone and he did! Wouldn’t take a dime but he gained a customer for life! Thanks again!
Long story short. AJ and the guys at Jim’s old fashion went above and beyond to ensure Lennox honored the warranty on my emc. It was not easy. I will never deal with Lennox again. I will most definitely be using Jim’s when purchasing my next unit based off this experience alone. They communicated daily with updates and did exactly what they said they would do. Hard to find this level of customer service.
The heating unit stopped working at our house in Rogers. I have a home warranty but they are pitiful. My Daughter knows Matt & A.J. at Jim’s Old Fashion Service and we contacted them. As busy as they were, they figured a way to work us in and came to our house and were able to fix the problem quickly. We truly appreciate them and highly recommend them. I only talked with A.J. and he was great. He made sure I was informed and worked to fit us in as soon as he could.
I recently had Jims Old Fashion Service repair my American Standard AC unit and they did such a good job. They went above and beyond to work with my warranty to make sure I could get reimbursed after the fact (most companies won’t do this) and even though it was a bit more difficult for them they were very professional the entire time. They were friendly, they were as fast as they could be given the wait for parts in the high demand time we’re in. I would use them again and recommend them to anybody. Great job!
