Their service technicians are always very pleasant and professional. We had them install our unit, American Standard with the service and quality of the unit very good.

So when my heat stopped working, I was like “what now!?” Enter Matt, AJ, and their crew—who promptly showed up, diagnosed the issue (a thermostat problem I was clearly too clueless to catch), and had my heat running like it had never betrayed me in the first place. These guys are very kind people. You can tell they get satisfaction from making people happy. They didn’t prey on my fears, they just diagnosed and fixed the problem and went on their way like heroes without capes. Thanks for being a rare team that delivers exactly what you promise. I can finally stop wearing three hoodies and can return my space heaters. You’ve earned yourselves a lifelong customer.

I’ve been using Jim’s old-fashioned for several years now. They may not always be the least expensive, but they always do the best work, and always show up when they say they will. Every time I’ve worked with them they have tried to give me the best advice and lowest cost they can. I have referred many clients their way because they are honest, dependable, and trustworthy. Many of the other providers in the area look for the quickest way to make a buck, but these guys look for the best way to make sure you are happy.

Jim’s old fashion are such pros. Not only do they do a great job servicing our system they made a repair today and saved the day. They understood the urgency with people recuperating from surgery and disabled in the home. They kept me informed, made it same day and fixed the issue. They are awesome and I highly recommend them!!
