Let me start by saying that out of 3 local companies I called Jim’s Old Fashion Service was the only company that was willing to fit me into their existing schedule and do the same day after-hours repair. Everyone else was 1 to 2 weeks out and couldn’t help me.
Matt and Ryan not only showed up the same day… but 3 hours earlier than originally scheduled. These guys are AWESOME! They were able to quickly diagnose my AC problem and get me back up and running in no time.
I can’t say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of this crew. Lifetime customer for sure!!
Long story short. AJ and the guys at Jim’s old fashion went above and beyond to ensure Lennox honored the warranty on my emc. It was not easy. I will never deal with Lennox again. I will most definitely be using Jim’s when purchasing my next unit based off this experience alone. They communicated daily with updates and did exactly what they said they would do. Hard to find this level of customer service.
This review is long overdue. I have been using Jim’s Old Fashion since 2019 when we got into NWA. I have several multi family, commercial, and warehouse properties spread out from Prairie Grove to Bentonville. Having used a couple of other companies before finding Matt, I was impressed and relieved at the same time. They are service orientated, fast, fair, and good at everything we have thrown at them. I could not ask for a better HVAC company, especially when it comes to being responsive and doing what they say they will do, which is super important when you are responsible for your tenants. Thank you Matt and the entire team at Jim’s Old Fashion and thanks for putting up with our late and last minute calls and always coming through even when, and especially, when it’s urgent. I do and always will recommend this company to anyone I know.

If “Old Fashion Service” means, honest, reliable and great customer service, then Jim’s Old Fashion Service lives up to it’s name. The service tech’s are knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. You will not be disappointed doing business with these folks.
I’ve used them for maintenance for over 10 years. Also had them install new and updated system when mine needed replacement. Excellent service.
Jim’s old fashion are such pros. Not only do they do a great job servicing our system they made a repair today and saved the day. They understood the urgency with people recuperating from surgery and disabled in the home. They kept me informed, made it same day and fixed the issue. They are awesome and I highly recommend them!! I’ve basically been wired for disappointment at this point, especially after the circus that’s been my first year of homeownership. So when my heat stopped working, I was like “what now!?” Enter Matt, AJ, and their crew—who promptly showed up, diagnosed the issue (a thermostat problem I was clearly too clueless to catch), and had my heat running like it had never betrayed me in the first place. These guys are very kind people. You can tell they get satisfaction from making people happy. They didn’t prey on my fears, they just diagnosed and fixed the problem and went on their way like heroes without capes. Thanks for being a rare team that delivers exactly what you promise. I can finally stop wearing three hoodies and can return my space heaters. You’ve earned yourselves a lifelong customer.
WOW! You just don’t find truly caring and high quality businesses these days – but this company is an exception! 10/10 many times over. Was having such a frustrating issue with my heating system and within minutes they solved it – and educated me along the way. Best customer service and extraordinary workmanship ever! Twice, in approximately a year’s time, these guys have gotten our (new install in 2017 😖) HVAC system corrected/adjusted and the blower replaced just a few days ago. Of course the warranty expired, however their prices are the best and like I said, the quality work & customer service is the, very best, hands down. They are the most extremely loyal, efficient and hardworking HVAC TEAM, I’ve ever experienced. THANK YOU for being such an honorable & trustworthy company!
