I’ve basically been wired for disappointment at this point, especially after the circus that’s been my first year of homeownership. So when my heat stopped working, I was like “what now!?” Enter Matt, AJ, and their crew—who promptly showed up, diagnosed the issue (a thermostat problem I was clearly too clueless to catch), and had my heat running like it had never betrayed me in the first place. These guys are very kind people. You can tell they get satisfaction from making people happy. They didn’t prey on my fears, they just diagnosed and fixed the problem and went on their way like heroes without capes. Thanks for being a rare team that delivers exactly what you promise. I can finally stop wearing three hoodies and can return my space heaters. You’ve earned yourselves a lifelong customer.

Let me start by saying that out of 3 local companies I called Jim’s Old Fashion Service was the only company that was willing to fit me into their existing schedule and do the same day after-hours repair. Everyone else was 1 to 2 weeks out and couldn’t help me.

Matt and Ryan not only showed up the same day… but 3 hours earlier than originally scheduled. These guys are AWESOME! They were able to quickly diagnose my AC problem and get me back up and running in no time.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of this crew. Lifetime customer for sure!!

WOW! You just don’t find truly caring and high quality businesses these days – but this company is an exception! 10/10 many times over. Five stars for Jim’s Old Fashion!***** Highly recommend! Our AC went out on us and the panel was flashing red, we didn’t really understand why. The technicians quickly diagnosed a sensor failure and explained the fix clearly. They even provided a clear quote and timeline upfront, which we really appreciated. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to the technicians, was friendly and professional. Our house is nice and cool again, thanks to everyone at Jim’s! UPDATE 12/5/24 Jim’s to the rescue once more! Had an issue where my heating shut off in the middle of the night with 20F outside temperatures. Called Jim’s first thing in the morning and even tho they had a packed schedule, they put my ticket in as a “floater” for when we they got a chance and they sure did! Came and fixed in 30 mins! Heat is back on! Five stars once more!!! *****
