Our furnace kept shutting off in the middle of this horrible cold stretch. Our heating and air guy made several trips, but clearly could not determine the problem. A friend recommended Jim’s and, boy, were we impressed. Despite a very busy schedule they were there the same day. In 30 minutes they had determined the problem and fixed it on the spot. Kudos to Matt and Ryan for their expertise and customer service!

I’m not pressured to buy something I don’t need or want. Everything is explained in detail and the price is given prior to the work being done. I really trust their work. So glad I found them.

Two technicians were disbursed and arrived on time the next day after my call. Within 5 minutes, the diagnosis was complete and the issue identified. I approved the implementation of a new part (they had on hand) because of the price. Problem solved; 5-year warranty (for that part). I have used Jim’s in the past years ago, with similar results.
