I called Thursday afternoon and the technicians came at 8:30 the next morning. They were on time, professional as well as personable and the pricing was very reasonable…they fixed the problems and taught me a few things about a/c units. I highly recommend!

Great service!!! They were exceptional at diagnosing the problem and resolving the issue. I had another company come out and they didn’t even go into my attic. They just said, “it could be this or it could be that.” Not helpful! Jim’s sent out a tech and he explored my ductwork thoroughly and made a few recommendations. I called them back to get an estimate and when they came back out, they found that some of my dampers were shut off. They fixed the problem, no charge. Such exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

On time for the appointment, got right to work checking out heat pump/air conditioning, and auxillary heater under the house. Many of the other providers in the area look for the quickest way to make a buck, but these guys look for the best way to make sure you are happy.
