Furnace malfunctioned over the weekend. It wasn’t long after speaking with the technician on the phone that he arrived. The technician was was extremely friendly and courteous as well as very knowledgeable. The furnace was working again in short order. We have used Jim’s Old Fashion Service in the past for Air Conditioning repairs and have always been very satisfied with the service. We highly recommend Jim’s Old Fashion Service!

Jim’s old fashion are such pros. Not only do they do a great job servicing our system they made a repair today and saved the day. They understood the urgency with people recuperating from surgery and disabled in the home. They kept me informed, made it same day and fixed the issue. They are awesome and I highly recommend them!! Great service!!! They were exceptional at diagnosing the problem and resolving the issue. I had another company come out and they didn’t even go into my attic. They just said, “it could be this or it could be that.” Not helpful! Jim’s sent out a tech and he explored my ductwork thoroughly and made a few recommendations. I called them back to get an estimate and when they came back out, they found that some of my dampers were shut off. They fixed the problem, no charge. Such exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

Best customer service and extraordinary workmanship ever! Twice, in approximately a year’s time, these guys have gotten our (new install in 2017 😖) HVAC system corrected/adjusted and the blower replaced just a few days ago. Of course the warranty expired, however their prices are the best and like I said, the quality work & customer service is the, very best, hands down. They are the most extremely loyal, efficient and hardworking HVAC TEAM, I’ve ever experienced. THANK YOU for being such an honorable & trustworthy company!

My A/C went out. They were out within hours and had my house cooling again by evening. The staff was amazing! The rates are super reasonable! I wont call anyone else!

I have used Jim’s Old Fashioned Service for a year now and will not use anyone else. Their techs are on time and friendly, very knowledgeable. It is never difficult to make an appointment. I’m not pressured to buy something I don’t need or want. Everything is explained in detail and the price is given prior to the work being done. I really trust their work. So glad I found them.
