Found these guys online and they came 40 miles to our location, worked outside in the freezing cold under our house and came in on time and under budget. We are very happy with the service, the product and the price. we will surely recommend them.
Let me start by saying that out of 3 local companies I called Jim’s Old Fashion Service was the only company that was willing to fit me into their existing schedule and do the same day after-hours repair. Everyone else was 1 to 2 weeks out and couldn’t help me.
Matt and Ryan not only showed up the same day… but 3 hours earlier than originally scheduled. These guys are AWESOME! They were able to quickly diagnose my AC problem and get me back up and running in no time.

On time for the appointment, got right to work checking out heat pump/air conditioning, and auxillary heater under the house. Answered our questions, informed us on the correct system operation ( we are new to Arkansas), and advised us on future service. Very professional, polite efficient and informative. We will have them back in the future.

These guys are awesome. Jared is super professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me a quick and easy quote on a new AC after my 22 years old unit for a very reasonable price and got it installed . Will continue using these guys for all my HVAC needs.

We’ve had to call twice in 3 months because our drain in the attic keeps getting plugged and this time our compressor went out. AC is a must for sister and I! Same day, efficient service and pricing is reasonable! Highly recommend!
