Second time Jim’s Old Fashion Service bailed me out in a pinch. Fast, fair and friendly service at a most reasonable price. My first call for everything HVAC related.

We have used Jim’s Old Fashion for the past few year. They have been prompt with service call’s and always been more than fair on their charges. Their service technicians are always very pleasant and professional. We had them install our unit, American Standard with the service and quality of the unit very good.

Let me start by saying that out of 3 local companies I called Jim’s Old Fashion Service was the only company that was willing to fit me into their existing schedule and do the same day after-hours repair. Everyone else was 1 to 2 weeks out and couldn’t help me.

Matt and Ryan not only showed up the same day… but 3 hours earlier than originally scheduled. These guys are AWESOME! They were able to quickly diagnose my AC problem and get me back up and running in no time.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of this crew. Lifetime customer for sure!!

Great service!!! They were exceptional at diagnosing the problem and resolving the issue. I had another company come out and they didn’t even go into my attic. They just said, “it could be this or it could be that.” Not helpful! Jim’s sent out a tech and he explored my ductwork thoroughly and made a few recommendations. I called them back to get an estimate and when they came back out, they found that some of my dampers were shut off. They fixed the problem, no charge. Such exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

They understood the urgency with people recuperating from surgery and disabled in the home. They kept me informed, made it same day and fixed the issue. They are awesome and I highly recommend them!!
