On time for the appointment, got right to work checking out heat pump/air conditioning, and auxillary heater under the house. Answered our questions, informed us on the correct system operation ( we are new to Arkansas), and advised us on future service. Very professional, polite efficient and informative. So when my heat stopped working, I was like “what now!?” Enter Matt, AJ, and their crew—who promptly showed up, diagnosed the issue (a thermostat problem I was clearly too clueless to catch), and had my heat running like it had never betrayed me in the first place. Furnace malfunctioned over the weekend. It wasn’t long after speaking with the technician on the phone that he arrived. The technician was was extremely friendly and courteous as well as very knowledgeable. The furnace was working again in short order. We have used Jim’s Old Fashion Service in the past for Air Conditioning repairs and have always been very satisfied with the service. We highly recommend Jim’s Old Fashion Service!
