I recently had Jims Old Fashion Service repair my American Standard AC unit and they did such a good job. They went above and beyond to work with my warranty to make sure I could get reimbursed after the fact (most companies won’t do this) and even though it was a bit more difficult for them they were very professional the entire time. They were friendly, they were as fast as they could be given the wait for parts in the high demand time we’re in. I would use them again and recommend them to anybody. Great job!

Our furnace kept shutting off in the middle of this horrible cold stretch. Our heating and air guy made several trips, but clearly could not determine the problem. A friend recommended Jim’s and, boy, were we impressed. Despite a very busy schedule they were there the same day. In 30 minutes they had determined the problem and fixed it on the spot. Kudos to Matt and Ryan for their expertise and customer service!

Best customer service and extraordinary workmanship ever! Twice, in approximately a year’s time, these guys have gotten our (new install in 2017 😖) HVAC system corrected/adjusted and the blower replaced just a few days ago. Of course the warranty expired, however their prices are the best and like I said, the quality work & customer service is the, very best, hands down. They are the most extremely loyal, efficient and hardworking HVAC TEAM, I’ve ever experienced. THANK YOU for being such an honorable & trustworthy company!

Five stars for Jim’s Old Fashion!***** Highly recommend! Our AC went out on us and the panel was flashing red, we didn’t really understand why. The technicians quickly diagnosed a sensor failure and explained the fix clearly. They even provided a clear quote and timeline upfront, which we really appreciated. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to the technicians, was friendly and professional. Our house is nice and cool again, thanks to everyone at Jim’s! UPDATE 12/5/24 Jim’s to the rescue once more! Had an issue where my heating shut off in the middle of the night with 20F outside temperatures. Called Jim’s first thing in the morning and even tho they had a packed schedule, they put my ticket in as a “floater” for when we they got a chance and they sure did! Came and fixed in 30 mins! Heat is back on! Five stars once more!!! *****

Wow, I am so impressed with this company, I am speechless! Last summer our air stopped blowing cool air. We called a company out, who replaced several different parts over several visits. Nothing ever worked and after $500, he finally said we just need to purchase a new unit at $6,000+. Jim’s was recommended as a second opinion and they came out today to find that a piece replaced by the previous company was not the correct size for our unit. He suggested we call the original company and ask them to correct this. In the meantime he said he didn’t want us going without cool air over the weekend so he put in one of their parts for us to BORROW until the other place could correct their problem. He then charged us 80 bucks for the service call. I still can’t believe it!!!
