Best customer service and extraordinary workmanship ever! Twice, in approximately a year’s time, these guys have gotten our (new install in 2017 😖) HVAC system corrected/adjusted and the blower replaced just a few days ago. Of course the warranty expired, however their prices are the best and like I said, the quality work & customer service is the, very best, hands down. We have used Jim’s Old Fashion for the past few year. They have been prompt with service call’s and always been more than fair on their charges. Their service technicians are always very pleasant and professional. We had them install our unit, American Standard with the service and quality of the unit very good.
Matt with Jim’s Old Fashion Service is very knowledgeable and explained in detail the operation of my heating system. The charge for this service was reasonable and Matt and the other staff members I dealt with were helpful and courteous.
