Matt with Jim’s Old Fashion Service is very knowledgeable and explained in detail the operation of my heating system. The charge for this service was reasonable and Matt and the other staff members I dealt with were helpful and courteous.

Best customer service and extraordinary workmanship ever! Twice, in approximately a year’s time, these guys have gotten our (new install in 2017 😖) HVAC system corrected/adjusted and the blower replaced just a few days ago. Of course the warranty expired, however their prices are the best and like I said, the quality work & customer service is the, very best, hands down. Long story short. AJ and the guys at Jim’s old fashion went above and beyond to ensure Lennox honored the warranty on my emc. It was not easy. I will never deal with Lennox again. I will most definitely be using Jim’s when purchasing my next unit based off this experience alone. They communicated daily with updates and did exactly what they said they would do. Hard to find this level of customer service.

Five stars for Jim’s Old Fashion!***** Highly recommend! Our AC went out on us and the panel was flashing red, we didn’t really understand why. The technicians quickly diagnosed a sensor failure and explained the fix clearly. They even provided a clear quote and timeline upfront, which we really appreciated. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to the technicians, was friendly and professional. Our house is nice and cool again, thanks to everyone at Jim’s! UPDATE 12/5/24 Jim’s to the rescue once more! Had an issue where my heating shut off in the middle of the night with 20F outside temperatures. Called Jim’s first thing in the morning and even tho they had a packed schedule, they put my ticket in as a “floater” for when we they got a chance and they sure did! Came and fixed in 30 mins! Heat is back on! Five stars once more!!! *****

I highly recommend this company! Matt is a great guy! He went above and beyond and showed great integrity by helping me diagnose my issue over the phone. He said he would get me on the schedule but he thought he could help me fix it over the phone and he did! Wouldn’t take a dime but he gained a customer for life! Thanks again!

We have used Jim’s Old Fashion for the past few year. They have been prompt with service call’s and always been more than fair on their charges. Their service technicians are always very pleasant and professional. We had them install our unit, American Standard with the service and quality of the unit very good.
